Got a Pam 111 noob v4 through Mary. It looked great and got good QC reviews. He never sent photos of testing, probably my mistake for not asking for them.
The first thing that I noticed upon upon unboxing was that the crown guard was very loose. Nothing a little lock tight and a screwdriver couldn’t fix though.
Then I noticed how loud it was. Once I realized that I could hear it while the watch is at my waste, it’s all I could hear with it on my wrist from then on.
Lastly, after a full winding (at least until it gives good tension on the crown) I only get a max of 8 hours use from the movement so far.

If you would be so kind to answer, here are my questions:
-Is there any way to silence the watch? If not, would my only option be to get a new movement?
-Is this normal time for a power reserve on this watches movement? If not, does anyone have a guide on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Well since you just got it from Mary, have you contacted him (?) and asked about the issue? He (?) may offer to either to take it back for repair or allow you to have it serviced and cover the cost (full or partial probably depends on the price).

To answer your two questions.
1. Yes, by lubricating the movement. If you are not a watchmaker, do not even attempt it.
2. No it is not normal. However, you should wind it until it stops (I don't know what your reference is of "good tension"), then measure how long until the watch stops moving. If it's way lower than 56 hours, then you will need a watchmaker to service the movement.

Again, as this involves opening the watch, ask Mary first (or not if you bought this wholesale which means no warranty).
