Pam 111 noob V4 first day stoped winding

Just got my Pam111 Noob V4 yesterday it wound for the first time I tried. Now when I try to wind it it just adjusts the time.
Can Anyone offer some advice as to how to fix this problem so that the gears in the back wind?
I only had this watch for 1 day.

I am in CONUS I use Strodda for all my Rep watch repairs. While you may not like the idea of paying for the repair locally it is the best choice. Just consider the repair cost as part of the cost of buying Reps. It happens. You can find Strodda’s info on RWI.

Use the crown guard lever to push the crown in. Maybe it isnt all the way in the winding position.
