PAM 111 Noob from Toro

Hi.

I am reading the board since 2010 and i purchased several reps in the last years.

Got contact to Toro because i saw a very nice PAM 111.
What i liked especially was the strap. It is called Asso Strap.

So i went on and ordered the Noob Pam 111 with Asso Strap.

Please Look at the QC pics. Is is the right strap? I dont think so.

I already contacted the shop, but they didnt answer.

This is not the asso strap! It rather looks like the "Calf Rugby" or "Calf Monte Carlo" - maybe it's the lighting or the rep-strap is something in between. But it's definitely not a "Assolutamente"!

I would just correct him - in the end he's a good dealer & these things happen. Even Amazon once delivered something completely different...but that's why we have QC pics

Definitely not Asso. This is what an Asso strap should look like:

This is how mine came "out of the box" from MR. The leather is already getting darker now since I got it 2 weeks ago.

Don't accept it until Toro can source you an Asso strap. He can be pretty slow at replying sometimes. Took him 5 days to reply me once.

Same here. My 177 (above) came with the black rubber strap attached. I changed to the Asso strap as soon as I got home from work lol.

That strap looks exactly the same as the one that came with my 111! Very poor quality rep calf strap to be honest.

Hmmm... Did you opt for the Asso version when you bought the watch? And was it from Toro as well?

Maybe because of the long nails and overall feminine looking hands.
Actually the QC pics are straight from the factory...

So the factory does the qc photos for Toro, then he sent those to us and once approved he goes and get the watch from the factory and send it to us?

All the webshops what you call dealers is a group work. In our team there is 5 people working. I hope this clarifies [emoji2]

Evidently that is not an Asso strap, but this is not a matter to be discussed here
You should to consult and to deal directly with your dealer and if you have not solution to start a claim
Toro is a trusted and very good dealer and can make mistakes as every people.
Be sure you will get a satisfactory solution from him, as every people ordering from Toro

Please keep things like that and clarify this matter with Toro.
