as far as I know, Noob V3 Pam 111 is the best out of the box. Their V4 is having some QC issue so you'll be up to luck.

HF is better than 005 than 111, which looks almost identical.

It's cheap for a reason. It's an H-fac product but not the latest so it's not the super-rep level PAM111 in the guide.
