PAM 111 crownguard fell off. Replacement?

My Noob 111v3 crownguard fell off at some point today. Is there somewhere I can get a replacement for it (with screws)? I don't want to go with a gen one but if I have to I will.

Also I would like to have it on my watch within the week if possible.

And when you will put it use locktite (blue)
is a must !

I have never lost a cg and have never used loctite. Just make sure the screws are screwed in tight.

This is what I normally do. I end up tightening it about once a month.
