Pam 111 "correct" incabloc version

I'm looking to buy a pam 111 and noticed a lot of tds with the noob v4 for about $250. However there is a model on Toro bravo claiming to have the "correct" y incabloc for $378. Is this a real thing? Is there something wrong with the incabloc on the other pam 111s?

PAM111 Noob V4 has the correct incabloc, the one you are looking at is an old version

$125 more for the correct incabloc seems pretty steep. If all else is the same and you are looking noob v4, I would get the cheaper one.

It's an old version toro had produced with a factory installed swiss incabloc. That was before noob v4, it makes no sense to buy it now imho

Not to mention TDs like torobravo don't update their websites except to add new stuff. If you asked him about that version, he would probably point you to the latest V4 and tell you it's cheaper.
