There is nothing different. The Pam00111 with an N before the 4 digits NXXXX refers to a Panerai model 00111 manufactured in 2011. "N" is the millsimation letter referring to the year. The 4 digits represent the number a particular watch was assigned out of the number of units made that year... n1234/2500...

The letter after the number of PAM is the year of the production of the watch
