PAM 104 Hiccup

Hey all. I just got a PAM 104 today. Looks amazing. I can't set the time on it though. I can adjust the date but that's about it. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is it an easy fix that I could have done locally or shoud I go through the pain in the a$$ process of trying to ship it back and getting a new one?

Try to open the crown guard lever first then pull the crown to the max. You should be able to adjust the time. Otherwise, send it back to the dealer.

Tried that. I saw on another thread that it had to do with the way the crown was set. Can a local watchsmith fix that? If it is the same cost to have it fixed locally, I would rather not risk sending it back and then having it sent back to me.
