PAM 088

Thinking about getting PAM 088 but could not find any review here. Saw in the PAM guide that this new version (I H-Maker) is of good quality (super rep). Any views on flaws? Does the GMT function work and how?

have one, looks great. cyclops is fantastic and general built quality is nice. yes the GMT works but i dont use it often haha. in terms of flaws i could only tell the subdial should be whiter , but the rep seems more creamier yellowish bronze like color..not silver white like the gen, but under varying light its fine ,and i doubt anyone would notice or call you out. for possibly 1/8th of the price i wouldnt let that bother me too much though.looks great on a croc strap !

Without a side by side comparison anyone will be able to see the little flaw. Indeed very improved in the last version you want.

A PAM 111 V3 has more evidents flaws and people admit it.

It is a Super replica and a nice watch
Enjoy it and forget the flaws. All replicas have them !!

Which one would be closest to gen, 088 or 090 (ignoring the PR not working)?
I like both watches, so would go for the one that is the closest match to the gen

I have the 088, love it, flaws are cg pin not flush, rounded cg inner corners....

buy what u like, no point getting the most accurate, who are you gonna fool anyway?besides no one will ask you to hand over your expensive watch just so that they can see it:S

This is great advice..... Most don't know what a panerai is, those who do, have no idea what models they have those that do usually dont study them, and that one guy who can spot the tells, you'll probably will never meet him, and you would still have to hand over your 088.
