The 049 is a discontinued rep. It was a pretty decent rep, except for the hour hand was far too short (in addition to the too-thin datefont and weaker than gen cyclops).
There was an 051 over at RG earlier but it went quickly. The 40mm PAM's do turn up once in a while but they tend to move quickly. You might check with T4D here. He did have some of the lower end 40mm PAM's and I believe he said that he could source some of the nicer ones as well. It's at least worth checking with him.
