PAM 049 FROM TORO, noise inside the dial

Hi guys, just received my PAM 049 from TORO, the watch looks good, but there is noise coming from the dial everytime I wear the watch and move my wrist the dial is making a loud noise. Any experience with this kind of problem? I contacted Toro but he does not reply.
