Pam 026 movement reliability?

I have heard that the earlier versions had reliability issues because of the reversed movement. What's up with that nowadays? I'm especially curious about the noob version.

It's a tank. If yours fails, just buy another one for $90 and you are good to go. These Unitas are well build and generally last years.

Not sure who told you this watch has issues due to the "reversed movement" But they are full of crap. This movement is no more reversed than if you were to take a PAM005 and rotate it 180 degrees on your wrist. The movement is the exact same.

Of all my rep movements my favorite is the 6497/98. Rock solid. If it does fail you can get a brand new seagull st36 for $35.
