PAM 008 Noob O

Long time lurker and finally getting ready to take the plunge. Giving serious consideration to the 008 but curious if anyone has made a fairly recent purchase of this model. Lots of the reviews are old but I love the look of this piece.

Are you referring to the PAM00008 Mare Nostrum? It hasn't been repped as far as I can tell (not even in poor quality which is why it's not even on the guide). Or are you referring to the FER00008 which is a collaboration between Panerai and Ferrari? That one is no longer available at any of the TDs and can only be purchased through M2M (they rarely come up although one was just recently sold).

No, It's the PAM00088 Luminor GMT Automatic. I don't have enough posts to provide a link but I fear the ship has sailed and I should have done this 3yrs ago when I first thought of ordering one.

Contact the TDs as we don't know which of them might have a PAM088 in stock somewhere even if the factory has long since stopped making them. And checking out M2M is also wise. Good luck!
