Is it possible to get one of the nicer PAM 005m watches with an automatic movement? I am just partial to autos vs. H/w watches.

nope...it would not be a 005. or even a reasonable facsimile. but...you could buy a 104 it's not far off. and it's an auto. i like both a lot. due to the fact that i do not have the ability to buy every watch i like; i own neither...
