It’s a pair of 116520’s fully frankened, consisting in a Noob V4 case with:

Gen Dial (one black, one white APH)
Gen hands
Gen crystal
Gen bezel
Gen crown
Gen rubber B strap

Noob oyster bracelets are of course included, and the rubbers are part of the sale.
