Over 1 Month Since I Paid Lucy and Not one Email on Status

March 31 - Emailed Lucy asking about ordering watch
March 31 - Lucy replies asking if I want her to track it down
April 1- My reply saying yes please
April 1 - Lucy replies confirming sourcing of watch with price and payment methods
April 2 - I reply with questions about payment methods
April 2 - Lucy replies explaining payment methods
April 3 - Payment sent
April 5 - Lucy replies and says she's ordered the watch and will send QC pics when received
April 19 - My follow up email asking about status
May 1 - My follow follow up email asking about status

Lucy, I have not heard from you in a month now as to how this order is progressing. Have you received the watch? Why don't you reply to emails?

I think there was some update about her being on holiday for past week.
Try to send email again on Monday at china time.
She should be able to update

Oh,friend,real sorry for reply you late to let you worried,

on the beginning of April,the market have many big raids then,made my work delayed about 2 weeks,so after the market back to normal,
I spent most of my time in the market to deal with watches,for I need send most watches out before the Labour Day holiday,
so I didn't have enough time to reply emails on that period of time,I am one person work,so missed many emails on those days,real sorry for it,

now,I back to work normally from the holiday,and the situation of the market back to normal also,
so I can reply you in time again from now,I will check and reply you at once now,

let me tell you the situation of the watch honestly also,
after you send the payment,I ordered it for you at once then,

but caused by the raids then,I got the watch until about April 15th,but after quick QC,I found the strap of that watch is not good,
the watch band split,so I rejected it for you,let the factory replace another new one for me,
after waited about a week again,they gave me another new one,but it's the same,QC of that one is not too good also,
the side of the case of the second one have obvious scratches(I am not sure whether it's scratches or something else,but seems not good),
the strap of that one is not good too,so I have to rejected it again,

I asked my friend from the factory,he told me about it honestly,he told me the factory don't make this watch any more,
but the factory have few stocks of it indeed,

so when you asked me this watch,the factory told me it's in stock,then I let you paid for it,and I ordered it for you,

but I didn't aware that I will reject it again and again for the QC problems,

later,my friend from the factory told me this watch is an old model,they made this watch a few years ago,
it's been in storage for a few years,so the straps were aged,all of the rest ones are the same,

I let him try to find a better one for me still,he told me if he can find a better one,he will tell me,

my customers chosen order from me,it's becuase of my QC and test,
so friend,I can't give you one which can't pass my QC,

I urged him again last night,if still can't find a better one,
I can let you change to another watch,or if you don't want another one,I can refund to you too,

just friend,caused by the bad situation of April,even I didn't reply you in time,but I real did many work for you on this order also,
so hope you can understand too,I will send you an email about it soon also,so don't worry,I can reply you in time again from now,

no holiday,no troubles in the market now,so I can work better now.
