Outstanding service and watch from Lucy!

After several years of buying reps I finally decided to get one from Lucy. I have to say she is the most careful and detailed person I have ever dealt with. Got the first QC pics and I approved them but she said the dial had something on it so she had the dial replaced and then didn't like the way the crown screwed in. She had that fixed as well. Took several days but this is the best operating rep I've had straight out of the box. Can't say enough positive things about her. I'll be back. Oh and since the thread is useless without pics.
