Placed my first order for a noob 111 v3 with Ryan not too long ago. All of my emails were replied to the fastest I've ever experienced with any dealer, and when I had a slight shipping issue, he was very patient with me. He even threw in an extra strap since the original strap combo I wanted wasn't available. Other dealers would've gotten very irritated that I had to change shipping addresses. Ryan is #1 in my book.
