Some of you may have read my recent review about buying a VSF Yachtmaster 12262 rhodium from Elliott.
Unfortunately, soon after receiving the watch, I noticed it was running super fast. Then stopped working completely. This was no fault of Elliots and reps are reps afterall. I messaged him via WhatsApp and he told me he could have a shop in the UK correct it for free for me.
I sent it to the address he provided and within a few days I have received a video of the watch fixed and running perfectly.
It has been posted back to me and scheduled to arrive tomorrow.
I couldn't be happier with this level of customer care and service. 10/10 from me.
