Out with the 253, in with the 087, am I an idiot(pics added)

Never looked at the Panerai subs much until I saw this blue faced beauty, I like the 253 I just got but I think I'm going to have to get rid of it for an 087.
Anyone have any complaints or issues with their 087? It looks remarkably close to gen from what I can tell.

The two watches are quite different. (253 & 87) The 87A has the blue dial while the 87B is black. The date font on the rep is not what I would buy just yet, but I love my 253.
