Not sure how blueness of dial stacks up to the gen (hard to see from these pictures). I also should have another look at the crown. Rest looks okay.

I’m surprised too. You can get it for $1,100 on rubber and $1,300 on bracelet. The gen is a nice Watch for the money.

I guess when you get the Rep, no one will ever call you out on it, as everyone will assume it's Gen. Simply because the Gen is so affordable.

Yes, that is one reason I want one (I also have a gen Aquis and I love it). I appreciate that some factories make replicas of more inexpensive brands. I’m a teatcher and drive a VW Tiguan so there is no way I can pull off a $20k AP, but this Oris would be absolutely credible on my wrist. It appeals to me. I hope there will be a review of this watch soon.

The gen can be found dirt cheap in mint condition, don't see the point spending "this much" on the rep when the gen is so affordable.

These were on Massdrop for 900 IIRC. There’s a decent stream of fairly new second hand models on eBay as a result for a little bit more than the rep.

Sadly this seems more of a watch for scammers than rep enthusiasts.

In my opinion, this is a watch that is overpriced. I'll never buy the gen for 1.300€.

The rep, for 1/4 part of his price, is the one to go. No doubt.

Is the dial blue like gen?

As I can see in pictures, is like gen. And changes a lot in function of the light conditions.

Even the index and the hands have a little diferent colour, as gen.

I'm also on the brink of ordering one, but witholding to see if they release bronze version - Carl Brashear.
With its higher price (and limited availability) than regular steel one, rep would be highly desired.

i have the deauville version of this and cannot believe they are repping these. but ok I will probably get one. I would love to see the carl brashear, or even the new one with the bronze bezel.
