Once the payment is completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation notification from Ctime, which will take up to 1 to 2 business days to verify the customer's payment.



Once payment is verified, Ctime will process the order as soon as possible and the customer will receive a notification from Ctime that the order has been processed in order of when the order was paid for.



Ctime guarantees that each product will undergo a rigorous quality check before it is shipped. During the inspection phase, Ctime will provide you with all the images and videos to ensure your shopping experience.

After quality check, Ctime will send all images and test results to the customer and will dispatch the product as soon as the customer has confirmed the product.



Due to the unique nature of international shipping, it usually takes 10-15 working days for the products to arrive, and in the case of customs control, it may take longer. Please note that it usually takes 7-10 working days for the parcel tracking number to appear in the logistics system, so please be patient.

All trusted dealers on this site can get the same watches. Find a watch you like on their site or even have a look on the forum here (novel idea right there) and then contact a few TDs and order from one you choose.

No idea where the scam info you are getting for these guys as all I've read is positive.

I ordered from Ctime and transaction and communication has gone flawlessly. I wanted a specialty band on a date just they did not have on the site. They built it and sent me a photo. Looked great. Will update when I receive it.

No I’m not saying that. Their are always people saying things. I Was trying to figure out with so many positive reviews and a few people were saying that.. I believe they are a great site.. i do not believe they are a scam. I am waiting on a watch right now from them. They have WhatsApp and the communication with C-time is just amazing! They even sourced a watch they didn’t have for me. Can’t wait to get it!!

They built exactly what I wanted from a sim and then sourced it for me. That’s the photo they sent me and that’s exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to get it! It’s a 31mm.. It looks big in the photo but it will be perfect on my wrist!!

it's beautiful! I have a 31, and I love it, I had a gen 31, but my other gen was a 28. I read that someone ordered a 36 for their wife. It would be like wearing Big Ben on my wrist lol. Wear it in good health!
