I have bought 4 watches till now,3 cartier watches and a breitling from them and I am happy. Andrew never and ever gets tired from the amount of questions and information I ask at him. They are very responsible. I must point out that on one of my watches there was a small problem that was not because of the TRUSTYTIME but because of the factory producing the watch ,even though trustytime managed to solve the problem in a very professional way.
