Ordering from Hont

After some pause in reps I decided to go with Hont this time ordering several pieces:

Portugieser Chrono Classic 42 RG ZF 1:1 (ordered yesterday)
Santos de Cartier Ladies 28mm SS/RG HWF 1:1 Best Edition White Dial on Black Leather Strap Qtz (ordered yesterday)
Cartier Tank Must Large K11F 1:1 Best Edition White Dial on Black Smooth Leather Strap Ronda Quartz V3 (ordered today)

Payment went very smoothly and QC already approved for Santos.

Communication have been easy and smooth. 5/5 start so far.

If you are not rude, threatening, don't change your mind frequently, or don't ask for refund, transactions with Hont are typically pretty good.

Refunds are not Hont's friend. You are better off getting different watches than asking for refunds. Dealer banking in China isn't as straight forward as it is for us in the US / EU / OC

He do offer RL inventory for sure. The QCs from him is a gamble. If you want refund then expect to wait weeks until you get your money back.

He got a separate EU bank account connected to his revolut so he can refund straight to Revolut from his banking app and you don’t have to wait several weeks for refund If anything happens. I think he got one for the US also. Wise tends to be more for the US consumer and Revolut world wide so I think It’s easier for him to get/send money trough that. Geek time gives you a 5% discount if you use Revolut so I guess Revolut is easier for them.

Revolut is super easy in Europe at least. Payment is instant and refund as well, you can follow whole process through. It also keeps your daily check account "clean" from these payment like wise do but does not add any transaction costs.

I also paid today from Revolut to Honts other account (HK) and even enhance rate was good agains Euro. This payment was also instant and was cleared by Hont in minutes.

My all 3 watches was delivered like promised. I have defect with IWC, we agreed refund and Hont paid it immediately. I have ordered two new watch from him since that.
