Ordered watches now out of stock

Ordered 3 watches from puretime 9th May, payment confirmed 11th. had qc of 1 watch which accepted, just been told the other 2 watches have out of stock movements they can ship my ready watch whilst they wait for others, anyone experienced this? Not sure if to let them ship 1 of 3 or wait til all 3 instock and ready?

This happens a lot and unfortunately, it is out of the TDs hands, especially if the watches in question are hard to get hold of or very popular. It's likely the factory notified the TD that the watch was in stock when you ordered them but they then went out of stock in the day and a half or so between paying for them.

You can either wait a little longer and hope they come back in stock soon, change your order for something else, or request a refund. If you arent in a hurry I would wait for the other 2 to come back into stock or change them for something else to avoid paying for shipping twice (as I'm sure shipping can cover up to 3 watches max).

Thanks it’s unfortunate but like you say best to wait for the other 2 to come back instock. Definitely dont want to change for others, 3 ordered they were what i had saved for.

I would go ahead and let them ship one, so you have something fun in your hands while you wait for the other two.
But that's because I would hate to have 3 watches in one single package for safety reasons - I could never.

Noted. No, you don't need to pay for a second shipping since it's because out of stocks.

It took a while to receive all 3 watches but the wait was well worth it, here they all are Sonic RM, Noob DiW Daytona, Clean Batgirl
