I ordered a watch at Andiot Watches. I will post a timeline and the final review over here.
March 9th: Started contact, i asked for what he had in stock
March 9th: Picked a watch and ordered the watch
March 9th: Received payment information
March 9th: Payed the order in full
March 11th: Conformation of payment received
March 12th: QC, approved and will be shipped the next day
March 14th: received DHL track and trace code with following text: "Above is your tracking number, pls be aware it's going to be taking 3-4 working days to be updated in the system when the package landed in your country it will be updated, total up will be roughly 7-8 days u will have it on ur wrist. so u can check the tracking later."
March 20th: I reached out, because the tracking hasn't updated > could take some more time to land in DE
March 25th: I reached out for an update, because the tracking still hasn't updated.
March 26th: Received this message: "dhl wont be that faster to be updated, it will be updated when its in your country sometimes is slow its on the way to you"
Don't get met wrong, i'm still very pleased with the communication and service overall. But i am getting a bit anxious, because it's taken much longer then the initial ETA. Any more over here experciended the same? Shipping is to EU.
