Ordered from Tony before but really getting concerned

I approved my pictures on July 3. Was told delayed until July 11 but normal delievery takes 2 weeks.
Tommorow will be 2 weeks and the tracking number still has no package shipped.
I hope it works out but this is not the transaction I had hoped for.
Tony is responsive but the answers are starting to make less sense.

Have not bought from him in a few years.
Was told on this transaction the average time was 2 weeks. (I approved photos on the 3rd)
Had tracking numbers and carriers switched but I had to reach out to find this out. (after I got the initial tracking)
In past orders I was able to track from point a to my doorstep. So seeing a note that says package not in hands of carrier is concerning.
If it works out (hope it will) I will sing Tony's praises.

But since this is a grey area transaction- it seems ridiculous not to have some doubt given the above.

sorry , all the packages to US are delay from July . we ask the agent , because China cusotms hold the parcels longer than before

UPDATE--'
Still no watch but Tony wrote me a detailed description of why he believes the delay happened and where we are in the process.
Hopeful we will get this done soon and I will report back

Hello, i ordered from Tony in June. And the tracking doesnt work until the parcel is in the US. I got the watch in about 3 weeks from approval of pictures. I'm happy and ordered another one.

I ordered again 1st week of July. Still waiting for the tracking to work. Tony responds to reason of delay and hopefully the tracking works next week he thinks. Im not yet concerned. Will keep y'all updated.

UPDATE. Still no watch BUT UPS tracking is now active and they say they have the package. Delivery by Friday tracking says- I will keep everyone posted. Fingers crossed

Crap! I think the watch might be broken. Have not had a chance to take it out as we were away when it arrived but second hand will not move and it does not feel like stem is engaging to wind when I try to wind it.
No time change- no second hand.
