Ryan has been very responsive most of the time within 24 hours. I'm concerned because my watch has been sitting in JFK airport customs since May 16th and 4PX Intime preferred carrier tracking says customs delay. Many of my TSA friends said that sitting in Customs that long that there is an issue and that the carrier 4PX should have an answer but I'm not getting any. I'm trying to be patient but my TSA friends said 10 days is extremely long never mind 20 days. Anyone have similar issues?
