12/14/22 - Payment was received from a transfer via Wise.
12/15/22- I received this email from Li

"Thank you very much for ordering with us.
QC pictures of your order will be sent to you via our service department colleague by [email protected]
Her name is Lana, you can communicate with her regarding your order QC.
Please be kindly waiting for her next update with your QC, it will be fine 5-10 business days later based on the working schedule recently here."

12/31/22- I sent an email asking why I haven't received any QC pics.

Received this email on 1/2/22.

Sorry for the long wait.
We are still waiting for it to arrive from the factory.
We will contact the factory and see how it goes.

About 4 hours later Lana sent me an email saying the factory informed them that watch would arrive sometime this week and she would let me know when they receive the watch.

I'd suspect if you haven't heard anything yet you'll be waiting until after CNY
