Hello everyone ! I come here to share my experience in a purchase at "trusty time". Following a conversation with Andrew, I placed an order for a DJ41 on his website on August 10, Andrew assuring me that the DJ41 ARF was in stock. Finally 20 days later and having no news I send an email to Andrew who tells me this time that the DJ41 is not in stock. After numerous reminders by email, I ended up telling me that the watch was shipped on September 16 with a tracking number at 4PX. It is October 24th and to this day my package has not moved and is just registered with 4px but I think my package has never been shipped ... I admit that I am very disappointed with the treatment of my order placed for a watch in STOCK and more than 2 months later I do not know where my order is ... Does anyone have the same problems as me with trusty time and if so what have you done to resolve the situation? Thank you all
