Order not shipped and no response

Hi guys.

Bought two watches from Hont, have not received a watched nor a response from a while and here is my timeline

- 14/5 paid the due
- 19/5 QC GL
- 20/5 tracking number provided
- 21-28 package never got to shop, said stuck and handover (in China)
- 29/5 package was returned to sender
- 6/6 seller received the return package
- 6/6-8/6 no communication
- 9/6 contacted - no reply
- 10/6 contacted - no reply
- 11/6 contacted - no reply

Is this how Hont normally does his business? Just ghosting his customers? I’m pretty sure I have his correct Whatspp ending 7655 and was in smooth communication up until recent.

Let me know how to get this sorted, a month in and the watches never leave China

Please read around the forum, a lot of guides on how to deal with TDs and these situations. But one thing I can say, since you subscribed only today, you're not eligible for RWI's support, you'll have to inform yourself on "how to get this sorted".

Be clear when communicating with him and show what's wrong. Hont cant track all packages, they ship over hundreds a week. Show him the tracking error and explain the package is back to seller and you would like the time frame to reship. All I see you messaging him is vague answers. They dont know wtf you mean.

And dont send him a message everyday. He makes it clear that every message you sends bumps you down the queue in responding.

And what Feefo said. We are not a run off help desk for every redditor running to us when we have a problem. Reddit always leaves out a convenient little detail : the forum will intervene for CONTRIBUITING members who joined before their orders.

Reddit forum does say you need to be part of the community before you order if you want to have any recourse with seller after purchase, but thank you for posting. It helps to educate others
