Order for a Chanel J12 with Andrew Trusty Time

After many difficulties with the first delivery ( delay of 40s/day + a long time of shipment to China) and package lost ( Local postal in default but no reimboursement done !), Andrrew did a good job and a permanent support.
His commercial gesture and reactiveness allow me to offer the watch to my wife. This story started in May is now closed with a good happy end !

Hello Leon,

can you explain the shipment issue/package lost?
Where you live and how did the problem solved?
I have the same issue, my package was rejected on airport (germany) by costums and is now lost in ( UK / Royal mail )
I dont have any options now, andrew is telling me the package is "delivered" - but it is not, and there was no attemd and no one was here.
