This is my first time ordering from TheOneWatches and I’m excited to see how this goes. I made a similar mistake as another poster and placed an order without understanding what was exactly in stock. After reading that thread I decided to reach out to Steve to see if I could switch from an Omega Planet Ocean 600m.

I placed the order on Friday, April 21st. I’ve since communicated with Steve via WhatsApp and email. Communication has been solid, although with a 12 hour time difference it has been delayed at times, as expected.

Unfortunately, I was told they had a few Batman GMTs available last night only to be told they were out this morning when I went to approve. He suggested a Clean Pepsi and I’ve since said I’d like to move forward, but I’m awaiting confirmation from Steve. There are a couple of other watches I have my eye on just in case.

Hoping he’s able to process the Pepsi - although I very much prefer the Batman - since he said that particular model is very close to the Gen.

I’ll keep this updated to share my experience with anyone else that might find it useful.

Update on April 24th: spoke with Steve through WhatsApp and he confirmed one Pepsi Jubilee was in stock. He said I could put $50 down and then pay the rest once the QC is approved. Since I already paid a significant portion I went ahead and paid the remaining balance. He confirmed receipt shortly after and said he’d send the QC photos and time graph it’s ready.

I also want to note that he pointed out I accidentally overpaid on the balance. When I paid that I inadvertently included the shipping cost. He said he would refund the $30. I’m very appreciative of the honesty from Steve, and that superb customer service should help ensure he has a repeat customer.

Steve has been extremely helpful and very responsive. I’m eager to get my hands on this timepiece as many people have raved about their quality.

I’ve placed one order with Steve at TheOneWatches and I will certainly be a repeat customer. His communication has been brilliant, whether that be WhatsApp or email. I’m still deciding what I’d like for my 2nd order, doing lots of reading on RWI and drooling over countless watch photos on his website.
I knew exactly what I wanted for my first watch ‘my grail watch’ if you will. Second time round I have a few I’d like but just can’t decide! I’m like a kid in a sweet shop!

What was your holy grail? I had several I wanted but chose to go with something in stock. Will likely be more patient with the next one.

I have a pretty conservative taste in watches, some might say boring! For me it has always been the Rolex Submariner, so after a considerable amount of reading on here and asking some opinions I found out the best option was the VSF, especially for the 126610LV which I went for. From order to date to on the wrist was a little over 2 weeks, so even for my impatient self I couldn't complain about the speed of it all!

I have a small wish list on theonewatches website, I must say all quite similar in design!

QC came in last night (25/04/23) and I GL this morning (26/04/23). I’m super excited to have a look in person and that all goes well with shipping.

Steve and the team at TheOneWatches have been excellent thus far. The communication has been superb and their willingness to help me quickly find a watch to my liking that was in stock is much appreciated.

I’m already looking for my next purchase!

Finally received the watch 5/13/23 and very impressed by its appearance. The only question/worry I have is about the winding function. I feel it click for several winds and then it seems like it’s not catching. Has anyone else experienced this with a C+ GMT?
