Hello all,

I just tried placing my first order with Jtime using credit card since I did not want to use any other form of payment such as bitcoins. After I placed the order, the website showed an error message stating that transaction failed, contact credit card company. I called the company, but they said there are no errors on their end. My order status shows as "cancelled". Is anyone else having issues with credit card payments with them? They already have my credit card information, I don't want to enter more credit card numbers that will automatically be stored on their website.
Any help please?

Yup, I verified their website. Not sure what to do now. I messaged the seller asking the next steps, so we'll see. Is this common for credit card transactions?

Notice on their "payment options" regarding credit card purchases, that it may take 2 days to get back to you with all final confirmations. Chill for awhile.

Hi mate, not sure which order on our website is belonging to you.

But I would like to tell you that not every credit card payment can go through.
It can be declined by your credit card company or our payment processor risk control system.
But your CC info wont be saved by us nor the processor.

Also, there are quite some other payment methods you can use if CC payment is not working for you.

I just made a credit card purchase with Li last week. Payment went through no problem. This is my second purchase from him. Excellent seller. I used transferwise the first time. That's an easy option if your cc ccompany won't allow the purchase
