Opinion needed PAM441

Hi guys,
I found a PAM441 online and I noticed the small window date and the line next to it @3 a big longer than Gen and on the back it's written SS and OP0000. The seller said it's Sapphire but I doubt. He's asking for 250$ but after a long negotiation I arrived to 200$ Since it's without box so Only the watch.
Should I buy such watch and for that price??

Just for your info, you NEVER have a box with a watch.... So negociate the price regarding the fact there is no box seems strange

I found many many sellers online who sell Pams in box and even with an extra rubber strap and the strap tools.

It looks like a 21j to me, but I'm no movement expert.
For sure it's not the a7750 that's in current 441 reps, neither is the new real ceramic release.
