One stop shop?

Hi all!
I have been a happy owner of a Pam 088 cartel version for a while.
I was hoping to make 2 improvements to the watch.
1. Change the dial to the more accurate version with the Swiss made correctly positioned and more accurate silver sub dial.
2. Change the date wheel to one with the thicker font since the current one is too small.
Is there any one stop shop that can make these mod including the parts?
Any and all suggestions welcome.
Superlume and ar services would be a plus.

What movement are you thinking about? I'd go with a 2893-2.

Why not build something different? Everyone and their brother has an 88 or 89, build a 237 Ghost. Get a 297 dial and a custom Jakob case back and you're money.

I've contemplated this to be my 2011 project, building one Grail a year seems doable.
