Good afternoon fellow watch lovers, today I am writing a review about a website/company called 'One of One Luxury' (https://www.oneofoneluxury.com/). One of One Luxury is a UK based art company that focuses on well-known Luxury brands such as Gucci, Rolex, AP, LV etc. So the art they create is actually very nice and they paint watches in many different styles and on Instagram they always post sale codes to encourage business.
So my story begins in the end of March, to be specific March 29. My Fathers birthday was at the beginning of April and I wanted to buy him something unique. While scrolling through my Instagram I stumbled upon One of One Luxury's Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/1of1luxury/) and I honestly really liked their work and they happened to have a 50% off coupon so I took a look on their site and came across this unique Daytona Print (https://www.oneofoneluxury.com/products/rolex-daytona-organic) and purchased it that night hoping it would be here in about 2 weeks which is reasonable for overseas shipping. After that I never heard of the, again, no tracking number, no message saying we shipped your order but no tracking number, nothing. So then I message them almost 2 weeks later (on the 11th) on Instagram asking them if they even shipped my order and they just told me that it shouldn't be longer than 2 weeks, ok.. So then I message them on the 15th of April and asked if they know anything. I emailed their support on the 29th of April to ask them to ship it or refund me and they promptly emailed me back saying they will ship me a new one on the weekend (May 10). Still I got no tracking number nothing so I email them back and get no response, then out of the blue they reply back on Instagram asking if I received it (May 16), I told them I have not and they apologized saying that they will send me free stuff and a new order so they said they will send me a custom LV t-shirt, so I thanked them and told them my shirt size and asked if Ill get a tracking number and never heard of them again.
Thanks for reading this, this post is not just about the money. Its to warn/educate people about this business and to make sure that no one will have to go through this, so get the word out there guys
