I'm not sure what you mean with "try to recommend", so I'll just comment randomly.

That's a Panerai Marina Militare. It's a replica of the historic Marina Militare using the Rolex/Cortébert movement. It's a fantastic watch.

If you want to improve your picture, you need to diffuse the light so the reflection isn't so harsh. Put a pillow-case or tracing paper over it or something.
