On the hunt for a double-eagle...?

I have been looking in a few places, talking to a few people.

I want to get a rep double-eagle black face.

it need to be eta mvmt.

it needs to have sapphire glass

it needs the date wheel to have a black background

I cant find this anywhere. Does anyone know where I look to get this?
