On a Quest to get a first class 47mm Panerai, and I find it really Hard

Hi guys, after lurking for 1 year I decided to register and ask the community some questions about Panerais and particularly 47mm Panerais.
But before anything else thank you all for making this community super useful and interesting.

I want to buy for the first time a Panerai 47mm with a light brown leather strap. I looked at at the Super Reps NWBIGs consensual list first and found several ones that looked tasty:
The PAM127, PAM364, and the PAM569. Unfortunately, all of those are discontinued. I've read about the Noob factory closing most of its Panerai lines.
I'm having a really hard time looking for another one with similar characteristics being at least a First Class NWBIGs (if those still exist) and still being made by factories.
I believe the PAM382 is available and answers all the criteria but I'm not a fan of the bronze case.

Any help succeeding in my quest would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

A 305 is basically a bronzo without the bronze.
Same for a 571 only then with 12 and 6 markers
A 389 could be an option
A 372 is a 127 - the seconds @9.
Have you considered those?

There’s a big run on submersibles right now. With VSF there’s the 799, 1616, 979, 694, 961, 984 and 985... there are a number of really nice submersibles.

where are you located? KS had an sf 605 the other day. That’s probably the best hope for a luminor that I can think of outside of member to member.

Don’t dismiss the Bronzo so quickly. It changes with your Ph, the climate, etc. They are very unique and you’ll get compliments and questions about it all the time. In terms of the straps - most of the rep straps are awful. You’ll want to peruse the famous strap makers and kick it up a notch. Or go for a gen strap. Did you consider a 372?? Always a great 47mm and the manual wind movements are very hearty. Anyway, happy hunting!

Thanks for your answer! I went through some of the TD and I believe that only the 389 is in production, is it considered a first class ?
A 372 would be fantastic and is exactly what I'm looking for but unfortunately, I think it's not produced anymore.
I think it also answers your question Qatar974.

I'm in France so KS would be a go-to, just saw his 605 and apparently available, I'll contact him tomorrow. Is the 605 a good rep?
Yes, I agree about the submersibles but it's a little bit different from what I'm looking for. I'll consider those if I'm unlucky with my current quest.

Btw, I can't find how to multi-quote, I've tried doing it like in the FAQ of the forum but it does not work ...

I did consider the 372, but apparently not being produced anymore as Qatar asked. I've asked JTime and the answer was negative. I'll also wait on your TD's answer Qatar, thank you.

Yep, there were a lot of 47mm submersibles around 5 years ago. While the new releases are certainly nice, the old-school ones have their special appeal. :) Good luck on your search. You never know when one will drop on M2M.

So much has changed on the forum recently that some of the techniques have changed and are changing as they improve performance.

And the 605... I think it’s the best last option for a new 47mm luminor that isn’t over one thousand dollars. I love the 605 and if that was the only option, I’d gladly take it. But like any other model, you’ll probably have to start off with at least one new strap. The one that comes with it isn’t bad, it’s just not the best looking imo.

Was that the only one?

Like many models, once it's gone there tends to be a frenzy for it.

God, I love this model. I think it's my favorite but it's so tough to pick just one.

Apparently it was ... KS just told me it was the last one and factory discontinued. I missed it.
So still on my quest to find the one. It will probably be MTM.

I knew they didn't make them anymore which is why I wanted to buy it but I'm just not in a. Position to have duplicate models. Every time I sell a watch, especially one with high demand, I say "I wish I had 10 so I don't have to tell anyone no" and with the 605, as soon as it sold, I knew id be kicking myself saying "you should have bought it". Sure enough.
