omega..speedmaster...quartz WTF?

but as hand winding seems not cool to me... and i dont have 260$ for the venus movement speedmaster..

i am trying to source a omega speedmaster with quartz and working chronos!
i see often navitimers and chrono avengeres at wbks sektion with quartz at ~120$...

so has anybody ever heard of something like this?

Not much demand around here, which is why you dont see it. With that said you might try contacting wbk. If that fails you might try ioffer lots of pos watches on there

Hmmm... Haven't seen the rep of this with Quartz. You can check silixwatch though... Well judging from your previous post on the Seamaster, you are going to regret spending another 120USD on another rep with quartz chrono. Trust me, I am not cheating you.

PS: Ich bin der Meinung, dass du ungefähr 150USD oder mehr ausgeben solltest.

You might try Ruby. She can try and find it for you.
Keep in mind, that watch in quartz will be a DEAD givaway rep.
If you get one with the new 28800 asian 7750 you will probably be ok , the new ones seem to be holding up well.

I am going auf Austausch next semester. Anyway, 260 is a little bit overpriced. There are many in the range of 150-200 watch with automatic movement (Swiss ETA 2824/2836). You won't be disappointed. Check out River section too. He has closing down sale with really GREAT price. For example the 169 dollar PAM063. You won't regret getting it.

Currently the Speedmaster rep is either powered by Seagull ST19 (manual wound) or Asian 7750 low beat rate. And it's pretty far from the genuine (many flaws on this piece). An ETA2824 movement is intended for many automatic replica watch without chronograph function. So an ETA2824 would be inappropriate in Speedmaster rep. The solution to this is to pick another watch other than the Speedmaster.
I will be going to Stuttgart.

May I know your wristsize please? If it's 6.5" or up, the Omega PO 45mm Ultimate with Asian movement with high beat rate is worth buying too. Noobmariner is so passé.

It's no problem. I am used to both system (Commonwealth country), metric most of the time.
Then you can pull of that 44mm PAM or even 47mm PAM or 45mm Ultimate Omega PO.
