That's a speedmaster reduced, which is an automatic. It's smaller than the speedmaster professional and the movement is somewhat complicated. In my experience, they can usually be had in decent used condition for 1200 USD or so. I have one myself, though I'm not enough of an expert to opine on the one in the auction you listed.
