Very bizarre mashup of new and traditional design elements, to put it mildly.

Absolutely, bit of an odd mashup. The polished centre links are strange also. I still kinda like it though, back to a more 'normal' size aswell.

This one is interesting, not my cup of tea for a speedy in terms of size, but more interesting than the latest rolex 2013 designs.

I don't much care for these twin-subdial Speedmaster designs (or for the way-too-thick 9300 movement, in general), but the blue-hands-on-white-dial is nice.

I'm still not clear on what Omega is hoping to achieve by reintroducing a straight-lugged Speedy case. I could understand it in the context of the 'Wally Schirra' Reissue, but not on these new models.

Liquidmetal Speedmaster is sweet. I would definitely buy a rep of that and I don't even like black watches. Thanks for the pictures.
