Omega snoopy 45th anniversary

It seems that only OMF and JHF makes the 2nd snoopy and they use the ST19 / Venus 75 movement that doesn't have a functioning subdial at 6?

Are these 2 factories the best for this watch or are there better ones because I can't find other factories for it.
