The subject says it all -- I have an Omega SMP that I purchased from TrustyTime 3-4 months back, which worked perfectly fine up until a few days ago. All of a sudden, it's running fast to the tune of about 30-40min daily for reasons that I simply cannot explain. I believe this watch has the 2824 movement, if I'm not mistaken.
Any ideas on what would cause this and how to fix it? Can the 2824 be adjusted to compensate for this much time-gain or is it a lost cause?
