Omega SMP Bracelet, parts, and stuff??

Hello,

Hopefully this is an easy question for everyone. I need to replace the band on one of my SMP GMT watches. I am curious where the best place to purchase one from and if there are any aftermarket distributors that have all the correct labeling on the band.

Also, I am interested in seeing if there are any place to purchase bezels and inserts for this style of watch. I have seen ofrei(sp), but was curious if there are other places as well.

One more question, what is the width of the bands for the full size smp? 20mm, 22mm? I am honestly clueless.
