Let me guess...A VSF?
It's not the dealer, it's the factory. VSF is known for this defect on their Seamasters.
Something that even a small amount of research, before buying, would show.

They do some things better than anyone, and the Seamaster Pro is very good. It just has a couple shortcomings…and the crown/tube is one of them.
Yep...but now i cant use...lol...I wish they could repair at least....but because PT dont sell this one anymore they cant help repair...

I think your order was from a few years back. We can try to ask them to fix but yes, can't be guaranteed.

VS Omega "No time to die" Crown/Tube replacement
I have a problem with my VS factory V3 Seamaster "No time to die" , the crown and/or tube threading seams to be damaged or worn out. Anybody knows if this case would take an gen tube and crown? thx

This is a well known issue with the Seamaster VSF model.
Get the ZF or ORF which doesn't have this issue.
