Omega Dial and Bezel Gen?

I'm very new to this hobby and forum. Found this on Ebay and was hoping someone could tell me if this is authentic or not. Not sure if this is the right place to post. Look at this on eBay http://www.ebay.com/itm/262831844568

It probably is but it is in very poor shape. Also, some older style omegas are not easy to franken. This is due to a non gen spec case. Please read up before attempting anything.
