Any of you guys able to tell (or confidently guess) if this Omega Buckle combo is gen?

Looking to add a gen buckle to a handmade leather nato I just bought, and although sixty-five bucks isn't a lot of money, I'd hate to sell it later with a "gen buckle" if it's in fact a rep.
