Omega 45mm Crono Pushers Removal

I have had a good search and cannot find any info on removing/renewing the pushers on a PO

This is the watch as came from the dealer, you can see the black paint stated to flake off within a weeks or so. The dealer said he will send replacements, I need to know if this is a straight-forward DIY fitting or should I get one of our watch guys to fix.

I don't have any suggestion sorry, but that is one good looking watch. I've always loved the chrono P.O's.

Yes, came from Andrew @ Trusty Time. Not a TD here but on RGeek.

It took 4 days shipping from China to UK. At the time he was the only one I could see that had this model listed.
